1 Introduction and Acceptance

bu9 (bunine) is an online entertainment and betting platform for Bengali-speaking players in Bangladesh, operated through the bu9.cam website. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between every user ("you" or "member") connected to the bu9 platform and bu9.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the bu9 platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You are not registering from any country or region where such services are prohibited.

2.2 Account Creation

Each individual may create only one account. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure, and any pending winnings may be cancelled.

2.3 Account Security

3.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method). The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the payment method and account level. Deposits are generally processed instantly.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy

Minimum withdrawal: ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes after verification. Account verification must be completed before withdrawing. bu9 reserves the right to suspend or reject withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bu9 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Specific conditions must be met to receive this bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means a withdrawal request can only be made after betting the bonus amount 20 times. Meeting this requirement is mandatory before converting the bonus into cash.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household may not use the same bonus.

bu9's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.7% at Silver, and up to 1.0% at Gold. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play. bu9 reserves the right to change the criteria for determining VIP tiers.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the bu9 platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. We use SSL encryption and Random Number Generation (RNG) technology, which keeps the outcome of every game completely impartial. No player or third party can influence this process.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

6.2 Voluntary Account Closure by Member
